Hetalia OC: Lim Nam Cheol

*Initial concept for N.K = u = I tried with anime style first before realizing that manga style is... quite different. I tried to make him look identical to S.K :3*


Nothing much to say, apart from the fact that I got into Hetalia to the point where I wanted to create an OC that's been created over and over again by so many people OTL
..... yeah, it's North Korea. Eh he!

He's meant to be South Korea's twin brother, which is why they're meant to look almost exactly the same. If it's okay, I'd like some feedback regarding his design (which isn't much ; 7 ; ).
